DESCRIPTION:

Full service design is the best choice for you if you are interested in a complete project from start to finish.

I will come to your home or office, take a tour of your space, learn about you, your lifestyle, and your vision. I also ask the investment amount you are comfortable making to complete the project. I then return to the studio to put this information to work for you.  

Soon after, I arrive with a floor plan and furnishings selections, fabrics, paints, etc. for your review.  We tweak the ideas, and proceed from that point to the custom order process.

Once your orders arrive at the T&C warehouse, we will schedule a delivery to your home.  I will be on hand to supervise the installation.

FEES:

Rates and fees for this process will vary depending on the size of the project.  

There is an initial design fee that is required to begin the project.  The fee is based upon the size and scope of each job, and generally ranges from $500 to $2500. 

Depending upon the total order amount, most often this fee is applied toward your purchases.

A deposit of 80% is required, and the balance of the orders is due upon the arrival of product to the T&C warehouse.
